- Political and social justice speech in the workplace and best practices for managing employee communications to maximize productivity and morale in turbulent times.
- Recent Pay Equity trends, including the inclusion of pay ratio numbers in Environmental Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) reports as well as risks and benefits of disclosing pay equity numbers.
- The rise of the “S” under the ESG umbrella and the need for board and senior management alignment on addressing ESG and managing risk in disclosures.
- The timely focus on anti-Black racism and Seyfarth’s “The Belonging Project,” a response to the pandemic and doubling down on Inclusion and Diversity in the legal profession.
